1. Service Description

We offer nutritherapy consultations aimed at optimizing your health through personalized and tailored nutrition.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Consultations are available online or in person, depending on your preferences and availability. You can book an appointment directly via our online calendar: [Calendly: (insert link here)].

3. Fees and Payment
You have the choice between two options:

Individual consultation (1 hour): 80 €
Package of 4 one-hour consultations: 280 €
Consultations via video conference must be paid in advance. Payment is made through a secure payment platform or by bank transfer before the session.
In-person consultations are payable on-site, after the session, either via QR code (mobile payment) or in cash.

Any amount paid is non-refundable, and services must be used within eighteen months of payment. No refunds are available.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To ensure the effectiveness of the support and the organization of both the client and therapist, scheduled dates should be respected as much as possible. A session may be rescheduled only if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, the consultation will be fully charged.

 

5. Responsibilities

 

As a nutritherapist and pharmacist, Valérie Monseur is committed to providing advice based on scientific knowledge, tailored to your health condition and compatible with any ongoing medical treatments.

However, it is the client's responsibility to consult their primary care physician for any questions regarding medical follow-up. Nutritherapy consultations are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

 

6. Confidentiality

 

Your personal data and health information are handled with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

 

7. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
